P2 (!!!!!) - 2:50.298
"The warm up was on a semi-wet track. For the suprise of the paddock - and of mine - I finished second. I was first for a long time, but Stuart Easton took the warm up pole! So I became P2. I don't have temperature anymore. Thanks to everyone who supports me. I know that it was just the warm-up, but it is a great thing to me! The race will be tough - for everyone. I do my best!
The broadcast showed Sandor and Paul Shoesmith for nearly the whole time, you can rewatch that here!

November 12 - scrutineering:
We had the scrutineering today. Tonight will be rider briefing, and tomorrow morning will be the first practice session, and after that, the first qualification. I still have temperature, and I will remain weak. I can race, but it depends on me, if I can make it phisically. I will not give up, for sure. I cannot hope for brilliant result, but I do my best.

"I am 24th after the Q2. I am happy with that, for it is better than I expexted. I hope I can finish in the top 20 on the race. Nevertheless, it is great that I am faster now than I was last year. If I can ride like this with zero biking to prepare, I want to have another racing season, with optimal background. World endurance again, plus NorthWest 200 + TT + Macau."
Later:
"Qualifying 2: I improved 2 seconds. On my best two laps, two riders fell right in front of me: first Sweeney, than Stamm. We modified only the gear, but we stayed with the normal sc1 mix. We did not use qualification tyre, unfortunately. But whatever, at least we are close to the race circumstances. I am happy with my 2:36.1 laptime. This is one second faster than my last year's qualification time. We have nothing else to do, but be even more faster and do the 12-lap race without failure tomorrow. This is why I am here, and I don't care how sick I am! I will do it!!!"

05-06th November:
Time of the tiring travel. Budapest - London - Hong Kong with airplane, then from Hong Kong to Macau by boat. But finally we have arrived successfully to Macau, to the Hotel Rio!
07th November:
We just finished the stickers, and now we assembly the bike, that arrived a bit late. Thanks for supporting.
At 7 AM we had breakfast with Steve Mercer, after that I went to the gym. And I will go there again, after we finished the bike with Robbie. Everybody is preparing hard, so I also do my best.
08th November:
The official opening ceremony was today. It was good to be here, despite the bad weather. The field is much stronger than last year. The teams have incredible technology. I hope I can deliver fine results with the stock Honda, too. Thanks to everyone who helped me to be here on this big competition.

30th October:
The things are going! My bike has flown from London to Macau. Big thanks to those who helped. Now I have a lot of things to do till my flight.
01st November:
Yesterday I received my new leathers and boots from Superzone. Some money is still missing for the race. This makes me sad, as I received most of the sum I have to pay to the team from my friends Krisztián Kelemen, Róbert Balogh, Andris Balogh, Laci Hunya and two other friends. I cannot let down neither them nor my team, as my bike is there, and VRS built everything around me. The organizers have already paid my plane ticket and hotel. There must be a solution.
Despite all of these, I wish that everyone spend the days in rest, and remember our lost beloved ones.
04th November:
Many thanks to all who helped me that tomorrow I can fly to the Macau GP. Apart from the companies on my shirt: to Vipera, Sam, Ian-Anthony Huntly and Crazy Joe. Tomorrow morning I will be in the morning show on the sport channel DIGI Sport, and after that, a 30-hour long travel awaits for me. That will be tough. I can't wait to get there.

The things happen so fast. I trained a lot today. This Macau GP will be the toughest race in my life. I got offerings today, and I am really happy about it.
Big thanks for Robbie Silvester and VRS team. Small news: it looks that I will race with plate number #12, which is one of my favourite.

Today at 3 PM I got the surprising news from VRS Honda team boss, that contrary to the former infos, my entrance is accepted for the famous Macau GP! I must be honest, I was shocked. I am among the 32 selected riders! But we need sponsors. Whom I counted on, try to help me, but without money, I am unable to be there. Please wish me all the best!

18th October:
We trained hard with my apprentice, Gergő Csányi. The training session took 3 hours, with only 10 minutes rest time. I like Gergő's attitude. He travels one and half an hour to me, we train, and one and half an hour to home again. I also prepare to the next TT. So the motivation is bigger during our work.
Gergő: "I am happy for today's training... it was the hardest so far. I hope the strength will be the same."
24th October:
We are through a three-hours long training again with my apprentice. Besides the strength training, he did well on the reflex test, developed by me. I am on a good condition, and my weight is also OK.

Today is my 43rd birthday! I looked through the recent times. I won't give up racing, of course, but I must admit only few thousands of people care about my achievements in sports. I civil life, people just know that I devoted my life to sport, I am a good rider, but I have a great backlog, compared to men at my age. While I was focusing on sport, they developed themselves in the civilian life. This is why I want to develop myself in media, which fits me and fits to the sports. It is important, so I can achieve in private life, as a head of a family, just like as a rider on the though races.
I work on the appropriate sponsor package for the Macau GP. Now I celebrate my birthday with my spouse, Gabriella in moderate, but loving circumstances.
Thank you very much for the good wishes, and thanks to everyone, who helped my career.
Regards, Sandor
